About Us

In November 2006, Mark Mann announced the formation of The Mann Firm, a law firm specializing in complex civil litigation. The firm’s practice areas include personal injury, product liability, truck wrecks, commercial litigation, insurance disputes, oil and gas, real estate, trust and probate, and municipal law matters.

After graduating from Baylor Law School in 1981, Mr. Mann joined the Wellborn Houston Law
Firm in Henderson, Texas, where he was the managing partner from 1991 until its dissolution in 2006. Joining Mr. Mann in this new firm is Blake Thompson. Mr. Thompson has practiced law with Mr. Mann since joining the Wellborn Houston firm in January 2005 from the law firm of Wilson, Sheehy, Knowles, Robertson & Cornelius in Tyler where he had practiced since graduating from Baylor Law School in 2003. Stacie Tandy most recently joined The Mann Firm in 2008 from the Dallas office of Hughes & Luce, LLP (now K&L Gates) where she had practiced since graduating from Baylor Law School in 2003.

Together, Mr. Mann, Mr. Thompson and Ms. Tandy continue to steadfastly represent their clients in the same dedicated and ethical manner to which their clients are accustomed.
